We are seeking caring individuals to join our new “Shepherd” team. As a Shepherd, you’ll provide an extra layer of engaged hospitality and safety to our church family and visitors, both inside and outside of our building. This role is perfect for those who find joy in creating connections and ensuring others feel safe and welcomed. If you enjoy fostering a sense of community, and have a heart for service, we’d love to have you! By participating in this training, you will learn how to:
• Engage and direct guest and members to their destination
• Use our walkie-talkies to communicate with other volunteers and staff
• Help effectively execute our church emergency plans
