Maddie Crickenberger

Interim Director of Youth Ministries

For as long as I can remember, I have always had a heart for mentoring and growing young people. Even when I was a teenager myself, I went through my days admiring the work my teachers, coaches, and youth pastors were doing in my life and the lives around me. The whole time I found myself hoping and praying that I would find some way to pay it all forward one day. I am so thankful that I am now able to have the same influence in the lives of my students at Farragut High School and the youth here at Fountain City UMC. When I am not teaching or working with youth, I love to consume any and all stories, whether that be through reading books, watching TV, listening to Podcasts, or talking with friends. Most importantly, I love spending time with my little family which consists of my husband Chase and our two Harry Potter themed Poochons Minnie (Minerva McGonagall) and Lupin (Remus Lupin). We are so thankful to have been welcomed into the Fountain City UMC family so readily and kindly, and I am looking forward to all the work we have ahead.
