Hark! Come To Bethlehem Volunteers!
It is time. We are ready. People are coming.
If you are serving in an individual, team or group participating in Bethlehem, this information is for you!
We have door greeters, very efficient census check in takers, the characters of Bethlehem (a Bethlehem home, hateful Innkeeper with a sweet wife, angels, singers, Mary and Joseph, and of course, shepherds, delicious food served by our amazing staff and volunteers, a host of musical talent in our Sanctuary, a beautiful prayer tree in the chapel, a lovely dancer and of course our zoo of live animals.
Those working in the kitchen will be notified by Christ Hurst as to what time to be at church and his needs.
Those working in the gym with table service (Carol Sewell’s class) will get direction from Carol. We will open the doors at 5:15 p.m. and we should be able to serve beginning at 5:30 p.m.
We have 252 people registered, and as always, we will have walk ins. All other participants should meet upstairs in the costume room at 4:00 p.m. for prayer, a snack, location assignments and getting dressed. We will be in our places by 5:15 p.m. when the doors open.
This is great fun, fellowship, community outreach and a great kickoff for our Advent season!
Love you all,
See you Sunday,
Donna
