For Sunday, June 27 we highlight two of our Faith Promise partners, Willow UMC and Wesley House.
Willow UMC and The Willow Community Food Pantry’s mission is to be an outpost of the United Methodist Church in Alaska, and as Christ’s disciples responding to God’s love by their witness, stewardship and outreach with and for all persons and creation. Because of the outreach efforts of the Willow Community Food Pantry, Willow UMC is seen as a trusted source of help for those in need, and a caring place for children, youth, families, and adults.
Wesley House Community Center provides high-quality, affordable, and accessible after-school and summer camp care as well as a senior citizen program for Knoxville’s most under resourced areas. Wesley House has a long and rich history in Knoxville serving the Mechanicsville, Lonsdale, and Beaumont communities. Check out the Walk-a-thon supporting Wesley House below!
Thank you for supporting the missions of FCUMC!
