Team Craft recently participated in Project Inasmuch, where we made fifteen blankets that were subsequently donated to Wesley House. It was a fun project, and we would like to do the same next year-with one major difference. We want to more than double the number of blankets made and donated. That would, of course, double the cost, so we have decided on a fun way to defray that cost.
We are having a Craft Sale and giving our church family the opportunity to purchase some of the items we have made. Some will be for sale directly, but there will also be a silent auction for a few of our special items. You may find such things as quilts, knitted/crocheted blankets, scarves, toboggans, and much more. We also have something special called The Cross in My Pocket (come see what that is!). We are coordinating our craft sale with the last Wednesday night meal of the year, on November 16 from 5:00-6:30 PM. Please bring cash (we can’t process credit cards). We’d love to see you there!
